Het bijwonen van het event is gratis. De lunch wordt u aangeboden door de organisatie.
Om voedselverspilling tegen te gaan worden “no shows” in rekening gebracht.
Kosteloos afmelden kan tot 22 mei. Daarna wordt er 15,- euro in rekening gebracht om de inkoopkosten van de cateraar te compenseren.
