You will have the opportunity to sign up for additional activities as part of the EIE2025 Social Programme closer to the event.

The standard and student fee includes:

  • Access to the EIE2025 pre-event activities (pre-event day June 4). Please note that the UK practice and research seminar on June 4 is a paid seminar and needs to be booked separately.
  • Access to the EIE2025 Implementation Slam and welcome reception with drinks (pre-event day 4 June)
  • Access to the EIE2025 including lunch and coffee/tea breaks (5 & 6 June)
  • Plenary sessions with high-profile keynote speakers as well as a wide variety of parallel sessions of different formats and topics
  • A social programme including networking activities, as well as a programme designed for early career attendees
  • Free registration for online webinars in the lead up to the EIE2025

The fee for the UK practice and research seminar on the 4th of June (afternoon) includes:

What to expect at the UK practice and research seminar
Starting with a networking lunch, the UKIS hosted pre-conference seminar will bring presenters from the four UK nations, (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)  to exemplify implementation work currently taking place in the UK from practice and research perspectives. 

*The UK practice and research seminar will occur on the pre-event day, June 4. It will be hosted by the UK Implementation Society and come at an extra cost. This seminar can only be booked in addition to the standard or student fee for the event

Delegate contact information is NOT shared with third parties without your consent. Delegate information is primarily used to verify registration and to communicate about the EIE2025. We may contact you for other event activities / research purposes but only with your consent.

We will be using an EIE2025 event app, containing programme, speakers' information and practical details about the EIE2025. This app will be launched a few weeks before the event.






REGISTRATION POLICY

Attendees of the EIE2025 must cover all financial transaction fees related to paying registration fees. To guarantee your participation in the event, payment for registration fees should be made within 14 days after registration.

Deadline registration cancellation: 23 April 2025. Cancellations must be notified by email to the event organisers: eie@implementation.eu. Cancellations made by 23 April 2025 will result in a full refund less €30 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without costs. Refunds for cancellations received after 23 April 2025 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
