CHARITY WALK - early morning on Friday, 26th June 2020 starting at 07.00 hrs.

Join us in the charity walk to support local Polish children in purchasing materials for their gym classes. To receive this charity kids of the local schools will send in a drawing. The best drawing will do the trick. The winner of the best drawing will be announced after the run and his/her school will receive the collected fundraising amount.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME 25 & 26 JUNE 2020: All scientific sessions, poster presentations,
opening ceremony and welcome reception on Wednesday 24th June 2020.

Admission to the exhibition, electronic material (programme, abstracts etc.).

Coffee breaks, lunch, certificate of attendance (which will be sent to you after you completed the digital survey).

Cancellation and refund

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the EAES Executive Office. Cancellations will be accepted until 15th April 2020 with a refund of all registration fees less €50 administration fee. Full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after 15th April 2020 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
