Because of high demand courses with limited space, registration is only confirmed once payment is received. Payment not received by 1 April 2022 will automatically result in being replaced by a delegate on the waiting list.

Only 1 option is possible. All start at the same time. 

Registration fee includes 

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME 6 and 7 JULY 2022: All scientific sessions, poster presentations, opening ceremony and welcome reception on Tuesday 5 July 2022.

Admission to the exhibition, electronic material (programme, abstracts etc.).

Coffee breaks, lunch, certificate of attendance (which will be sent to you after you completed the digital survey).

Cancellation and refund

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the EAES Executive Office. Cancellations will be accepted until 15 April 2022 with a refund of all registration fees less €50 administration fee.
The full registration fee is applies, and no refunds can be made for cancellations after 15 April 2022 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.

By submitting your registration you agree that the photographs taken during the congress, in which you may appear, may be used for publication by EAES. This is in accordance with the EAES GDPR policy. 

EAES shall not be responsible or liable for compensation for any damage or loss in the unlikely event that congress does not take place for any reason. By registering for congress, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
