Online delegates automatically register for parallel session 1) 'Femke van Nassau on the current status of implementation science' and for the online workshop on 'The future of implementation from an international perspective' as those sessions will be live-streamed same as the opening key-note.

In person delegates can choose sessions and indicate special needs/diets in the next step of this form.

Photos/videos will be taken during the symposium and will be published in a (digital) report. If you do not want to be a part of this, you can get a red sticker (to be placed on your badge) at the registration desk on-site.

After the symposium we will use your email address to send you the presentations and workshop outcomes.
